Do you have to be a member of Webster Golf Club to have your wedding reception or special event here?

You do not have to be a member - you're just treated like one.

Are there any additional charges I need to consider?

The only thing that you pay for is your food and beverage selection. We will not surprise you with hidden charges. The cost for additional bar is listed on the menus and the only other additional cost you may incur is if you choose to have a cookie and sweets table. You will not be charged for linens, which include colored napkins if you so desire. There is no cake cutting charge or sweets table set-up fee. There is no fee required to use our garden or gazebo area for pictures or your receiving line. Also, we do not have a separate room charge. You are told up front exactly what you will be paying for.

How is the quality of your food?

We pride ourselves on the quality of both our food and service. Because of our desire to offer a unique party, we have designed menus that are much different than those offered by any other facility. Your guests will be impressed with the items on our menus, their flavors and the execution of each dish. We also have a reference list available upon request.

Do we have to worry about other functions or golfers intruding on our reception or event?

No, you do not. We only hold one wedding reception or special event at a time. Not only will you not have to worry about guests from other parties coming into your reception, but you also have the full attention of our restaurant staff. As far as golfers are concerned, there is a separate grill and bar area for them to go to with signs pointing them and your guests in the right direction.

Can we have our wedding ceremony at Webster Golf Club?

Yes, we are delighted to host your wedding ceremony. Our stunning gardens have a beautiful white gazebo, along with sparkling ponds, and lit walkways. You can also experience a memorable wedding ceremony performed in our banquet room, which will be transformed into an elegant atmosphere when you take your vows.

How many hours can our wedding reception last?

If you are having a Saturday afternoon wedding reception, you can start at anytime you desire and your reception can last until 5 p.m. For an evening reception, it can begin at 6 p.m. (or earlier with management approval) and can as long as you wish.

Are we provided a banquet/wedding planner to coordinate our event?

Yes, a banquet/wedding coordinator will assist you once you book your event with us. On the day of your event, they will be present to make sure all your needs are met.

If my guests have any dietary issues, such as vegan, diary free, etc., will you be able to accommodate them?

Yes, we would be happy to work with you for guests with special dietary needs.

Do you provide meals for children?

Yes, we have several choices available ranging from chicken fingers to hamburgers and fries.
